The AGM of the St Andrew Society of Yokohama& Tokyo will take place on Thursday 22^ndApril 2010. The venue this year will be the Head Office of HSBC in Nihonbashi.

The function of the meeting is to receive the Chieftain’s report, a report from the Treasurer and to elect a new committee. In addition, there will be a vote taken on some housekeeping changes to the Society rules.

The formal part of the meeting will be followed by a cocktail reception.

Nominations for committee positions should be sent to the Secretary prior to the meeting.
